With the new school year right around the corner and new executive boards for fraternities across the country ready to start their year in charge, I thought it would be an ideal time to tell all those new fraternity presidents out there what to expect from a former president.

It's been a crazy quarantine for This Is College. It started with losing our precious Mezzo Thursday nights (the comeback is going to be nuts!), to launching a new website, dropping new merch, and letting a couple degenerates write on the blog. But, that's only the start.

In what feels like day 1038503 of quarantine, I found myself reminiscing about the good ole days. Mostly the good ole parties. There's very many things that compare to a perfectly executed themed party. When everyone goes hard on a theme you just can't beat it. That being said I came up with this list of the top 5 best fraternity party themes. Some I've been apart of, others I heard stories on. Either way if you throw these themes I can promise and epic night.
